(Year Round- Anytime) Cancellations up to 3 Days Prior to Dive Reservation Date:
If cancellation occurs more than 3 days prior to your arrival date (or first reserved dive date), you will receive a full refund of deposits and prepayments less a $35.00 cancellation fee per person. This cancellation fee covers the costs associated with reservations and logistics associated with the reservation process.

(Year Round- Anytime) Cancellations between 2 Days Prior to Dive Reservation Date and before noon-time of the day before reserved dive date (more than 20 hours prior to dive):
If cancellation occurs less than 3 days prior to your arrival date (or first reserved dive date) but prior to noon time of the day prior to your reserved dive date, you will receive a full refund of deposits and prepayments less a $75.00 cancellation fee per person. This cancellation fee covers the costs associated with reservations and logistics associated with the reservation process and possible lost opportunity (vacancy) due to cancellation.

(December 15th through April 15th- Busy Season) Cancellations after noon time of the day prior to reserved dive date or within 20 hours of scheduled dive including "No Show":
If cancellation occurs after noon-time of the day prior to your reserved dive date, you will be charged 75% of the total amount of the diving fee associated with the reservation. This 75% charge shall apply for each person who has reserved and cancelled. This pro-rated charge covers the costs associated with vacant openings on the boat due to cancellation. During the busy season, we are often booked solid and turn several divers away daily. Each reserved spot on the boat has extreme value to our business. Some consideration will be given if we are able to fill your cancellation with "stand-by" divers.

(April 15th through December 15th- Slow Season) Cancellations after noon time of the day prior to reserved dive date or within 20 hours of scheduled dive including "No Show":
If cancellation occurs after noon-time of the day prior to your reserved dive date, you will receive a full refund of deposits and prepayments less a $75.00 cancellation fee per person. This cancellation fee covers the costs associated with reservations and logistics associated with the reservation process and possible lost opportunity (vacancy) due to cancellation. Some consideration will be given if we are able to fill your cancellation with "stand-by" divers.

Extenuating Circumstances:
Cancelled Airline Flights and flights delayed due to bad weather
Real Illness, not just "it is cloudy today, so my ears hurt"
